Fun Weekend
Roy had quite the weekend. On Saturday he got to meet some “different” animals: two lobsters who came from Boston by way of UPS as a gift. He wasn’t quite sure what to think of these 2 fellows and just barked at them. Later on he found out that they were quite a tastey treat!
We had do some work over the weekend so Roy got to spend a fair amount of time at daycare on Saturday playing with his pug pals Hoagie and Rocky. He did such a good job that we think he’s pretty much back to normal now. We figured out that he limps a little bit at the beginning of a “romp” because he’s stiff from not using his leg much in the past 2 months.
On Sunday Roy got to go to Pug Sunday again and had a wonderful time even though we weren’t there quite as long this time. Roy especially liked running around in the very green grass. Roy will be going next month so he can meet Wilson the Pug and get some pug books!
On the way home we thought Roy looked pretty snuggly but bored in the back seat. I guess it’s good practice for the big road trip at the end of the year. He’s going to have the back seat to himself for the whole trip, which is the most room out of all of us!
