Running With the Big Dogs
Well it was an exciting Saturday evening for Roy the Pug! We took a ride up to Fort Funston with Dan, one of the owners of Planet Pooch, and his dogs Leah, Jessica, and Zarek. Two Huskies and a Husky/Shepherd mix. Talk about running with the big dogs!
Here’s Roy at Fort Funston. In the background you can see a little bit of San Francisco.

“….uh, on second thought….” That’s Zarek, the official Planet Pooch alpha dog. He is certainly not the dog with whom to mess!
All Roy needs is some huge antlers and what a photo op!
The weather was pretty nice but the wind sure picks up near the ocean! We weren’t there too long but Roy ran around like crazy and we all had a great time!

Looks like a fun day. Roy looks nice and swelt. Must be due to all his exercise.

Hi Sarah, Dave and Roy,
I can’t find your email address on your site, but I notice you go to the Shoreline Dog Park quite often. However everytime me and Nickey go hoping to catch you, you’re not there. :’( Nickey would LOVE to meet Roy sometime. Can we set up a playdate sometime? :-)
Btw, not sure if you remember, but I think I messaged you on Dogster telling you that Roy was actually one of the pugs we were looking at when we also were looking for a pug. I remember him from JD Kennels :)
