Sunday Night Pugs
Our Sunday night pug play group is growing and growing! Three new pugs came by tonight, Sierra, Pugsy and Melanie in addition to the regulars Sheba, Nickey, Loki, Calypso and Dakota. In total there were 8 1/2 pugs!

Nickey, Loki and Sierra get to know eachother.

Calypso and Melanie get to know eachother.

Nickey, Loki and Roy pose on the picnic table.

Roy, Pugsy and Sierra had some fun chasing eachother!

Pugsy chased Sheba

Roy and Sheba played soccer with a Mountain Dew bottle.

Roy tried to keep up with a whippet.

After so much playing and chasing, Roy wanted to go home and sleep so much that he thought about driving himself home, but he doesn’t know how to drive stick!

Loki, in Norse mythology, was a cunning trickster who could alter his shape and gender. Was also companion of Odin and Thor, conniving with them but sometimes causing embarrassment.

Great Pictures! Melanie and Pugsy enjoyed them very much. Just FYI Pugsley’s name is spelled Pugsy. Thanks!

Hello…Yup I named Loki after the God of Mischief. I thought it was a highly appropriate name for a Pug, and he has lived up to the name as well. And besides, it is a way better Pug name than what he came with when I adopted him….can you imagine my little guy called Pepe????

Yeah, Nicky certainly developed a “fondness” for Loki. LOL Loki has been in molestation recovery therapy for several days now…. ROTFLOL!

Hey Katherine & Loki,
I like the name Loki too! I think it would be a good name for a Boxer as well (the dog breed I mean). I don’t have a Pug myself but a friend of mine has a Pug named Paco. I like that name.. I believe it’s a nickname for Fransicso but can’t remember for sure. John.
