Hot Pugs

There wasn’t much turn out at today’s social, probably because it was really hot out and it is Mother’s Day. We only stayed for a little bit because it was too hot for the pugs to really do anything other than sit in the shade and pant.

When we got home we gave the pugs some Frosty Paws. This was Gwen’s first Frosty Paw and she sure made a mess.

We’re also going to move the pug social time to 6:30pm again because it is too hot out at 3:00pm for pugs and humans and its only going to get worse during the summer. Please spread the word to anyone you know that comes. Also if there are any events at Shoreline Amphitheatre then the social will be cancelled because its too much of a hassle. The Shoreline Amphitheatre schedule is online and it looks like only one concert is on a Sunday (June 18th) so far, so that is good.

    I just want to say that i really love pugs .I have one named Ringo and he is very special to me. Pugs are the best dogs in the world. they are sweet, fun entergetic furry little people!!!!

    Lovely pugs. We love them too. Used two have two, a fawn and a black, Rosie and Lulu but I became allergic (coughing) and we had to give them up. Thinking of trying again and suffering, we miss them so much, not a day goes by etc. Pugs are special, there are no other dogs like them, not actually like dogs at all. Luckily, in most cases, their owners are passionate about them and I am really touched by what I’ve seen on the internet. Lots of love to you all and long live your beautiful pugs.

    Pugs are sweet dogs. My best friend has a pug who was born on October 31, 2006. Yesterday, something very sad happened. She was running and playing with another dog and she ran into a bush. A stick got 2 layers into her eye. She had eye surgery and is now partially blind in one eye. So sad….

    My daughter has a brindle coated pug who is one of the sweetest dogs in the world. Due to her traveling, she often leaves him with me. He and i are the best of pals, and I love him dearly. I didn’t think I would like a toy breed until I came to know him. He is the sweetest and smartest!
