Roy’s Back
We had a family reunion yesterday and when we got home, Roy was not acting like his usual self. He was hesitant about using the stairs and jumping up on the couch. He also wasn’t very interested in eating and his abdominal area was as hard as a rock. This morning he was still like that so we took him to the emergency vet. We thought he had some sort of intestinal blockage, but we were wrong. The vet checked his back and he screamed when she touched a certain point. Now he is on pain meds and restricted to no jumping, climbing, running or playing for 3 weeks. Gwen is not happy about that! We’re so happy it wasn’t something more serious. He’s doing much better now and seems more like the usual Roy.

Aww..Poor Roy, He must of really felt awful! It is scary when our fur kids are under the weather. I am happy to hear that it is nothing serious.

Oh no! I wonder what happened! Hopefully he will get fixed up good as new!
